Prevailing Church is characterized as a Word of Faith and Fire Church. We teach the word of faith, with a charismatic flare.

Prevailing Church International was founded by Bishop Matthew C. Haskell, Jr. and Pastor Monica Haskell in 2005. PCI held its first service in November of 2005 at The Embassy Suites Hotel in Newark, Delaware. We then moved to 214 Bear Christiana Road on top of the Delaware Moving and Storage Company. In the spring of 2008, PCI moved to our current facility.
We are a growing multi-cultural congregation with a focus on Faith, family, finances, future and fellowship. Our dress is casual, the word. is rich, and manifestation is supernatural.

To Deliver people from the bondage of sin, to Develop them into mature disciples for Christ, ensuring that they prevail in their faith, family, finances, and future, and to Deploy them into the world as servant-leaders.
